CUSTOMIZATION - With this package, you receive a customizable itinerary template along with our complete pre-departure bundle - everything you need to make your event a success!
INVESTMENT - $397 includes a one hour initial strategy call, a final pre-departure review & call, course access for the duration of the retreat planning period, and pre-departure document bundle.
The premier
TIER TWO
For Wellness professional who desire lots of support during every step of their retreat planning process.
BOOK - Tips on finding the perfect accommodation for your group and negotiating rates.
CUSTOMIZATION - With this package, you’ll receive everything in Tier 1 plus 3 sample itineraries with suggested accommodations & excursions.
INVESTMENT - $697 includes one hour initial strategy call, three one check-in call during planning period, a final pre-departure review & call, course access for the duration of the retreat planning period, pre-departure document bundle and wholesale pricing on VIP client gift bags.
The Luxe

For the Wellness professional who just wants to show up to the destination and relax, knowing that every detail is taken care of and planned perfectly.
We handle your retreat from concept to departure. We will even be your on-site destination hosts, if you so choose (optional).
BOOK - We book and manage every aspect of the retreat - accommodation, transportation, guides, excursions/activities and more.
CUSTOMIZATION - With this package, you’ll receive …
INVESTMENT - A non-refundable investment of $497 starts the booking process. A 10% planning fee is included in the NET rate quoted. You are then free to set the final cost for your participants.. This package includes pre-trip strategy call, unlimited calls/emails with a dedicated consultant throughout the planning period, management of all reservations & arrangements, exclusive access to a private digital portal with travel documents, and pre-departure &, destination info, live online info session for the group, VIP gift bags, liability insurance, collection & handling of payments, currency exchange and/or transaction fees, and credit card fees.
